In front of the water directly, in the middle of the village, steps away from the beach and from the ferry, has a big parking lot, and they got nice restaurant for dinner. Highly recommended if you want to discover the Liguria sea.

The property is located deep in the forest, and the area felt very unsafe. The hotel asked me to park my car in a horrible and unsecured place and then walk through the woods with my luggage, which was impossible and frightening. I even asked local people about that parking area, and they strongly advised me not to leave my car there and not to walk in the forest at night because it is unsafe. The second option the hotel suggested was to send me a boat at night, which would take around 30 minutes in complete darkness. Both options were unacceptable and made me feel very unsafe. In the end, I had no choice but to lose €184 and not go there.

The room was very comfortable, and had a beautiful view to the bay of Rapallo. Breakfast was included and had a variety of nice food, the people at the hotel were very helpful. Overall we had a great experience.

Staying in this hotel is a dream. It feels like being transported in a different time. The sea view is wonderful, the room was large, elegant, beautifully decorated and spotless clean. The staff was polite and attentive. breakfast had everything one might want. 100% reccomended

It's a real dream! The Villa is amazing (a high quality restoration brought back the old fashion of the late XIX century), with a wonderful sea-view to admire dawns and sunsets. The rooms are completely renovated, very clean and tidy. The Villa is easy to reach and the parking lot is perfect. If you arrive in Santa Margherita by train, it's just a short walk from the station. The staff is really nice, polite, and ready to help you with everything! The breakfast is yummy (homemade, organic and local) and served in a beautiful room on the first floor overlooking the sea! Take a moment to admire the collection of porcelain, the cups and teapots they use: wonderful!

We had an exceptional stay at this beautiful B&B. The staff were incredibly kind, helpful, and warm—always ready to assist with anything we needed. Since we visited during the off-season, we were generously upgraded to a larger room, which was a lovely surprise. Breakfast was a highlight: delicious, comforting, and served in a charming garden area—such a peaceful way to start the day. The quaint rooftop features a small gym, a mini pool, and a steam sauna, all overlooking the stunning Santa Margherita Bay. The property also includes garage parking, and the staff took care of parking and retrieving the car for us, which was so convenient. The location is perfect, within easy walking distance to all the popular restaurants. Highly recommend!

    Location was great, and huge property with gardens. Most of the amenities were on site when arrived. Stunning views of Camogli. Good location and quiet at night. The internal space was good and well decorated with a lot of small bathroom products. A lot of positives.
