Seriously, I couldn't recommend this place more. Honestly, if they are available, do not hesitate to book right away. I travel a lot, and I have never come across a more helpful, friendly and hospitable host. I only booked it for one night, because I wanted to stay close to the PMO airport to make it easier to catch an early morning flight. The property is in Carini, which would normally be easily approachable by train from central Palermo, however, unfortunately, there happened to be a train strike on the day we were supposed to get to Carini. We struggled for a while to find alternative ways of transport and I casually mentioned it to the host, just asking if he knows what's the easier way to get to the property. He couldn't have been more helpful and without hesitation offered to pick us up and give us a lift. Not only that, but he also kindly invited us to his bakery on the way, to meet his lovely wife and have some delicious cakes. He truly got us to experience incredible hospitality and generosity and we couldn't be more grateful for helping us out so much and making our day! I also have to mention, that the location of the property was right by an incredible side of the coast, just a few minutes walk from one of the most beautiful beaches, with a huge shoreline stretching for miles, much larger than the city beaches, and quieter and perfect for surfing and taking relaxing seaside walks, definitely would've stayed for a few days if we had more time left. The property itself was also in an impeccable condition, everything brand new and spotless. Thank you so much for everything again and we hope to visit again in the future :)))

I really loved staying here. The location was amazing with stunning views of the sea. Inside, the place was beautifully decorated. Everything was well taken care of. The balcony was a favorite spot for us, enjoying a coffee or watching the sunset in the evening. The place was spotlessly clean, and Giuseppe, our host was incredibly welcoming and helpful, giving us great tips for the area. Overall, it was a perfect mix of luxury, comfort, and natural beauty, and I can't wait to go back.

The room and facilities were exactly as described. Clean, functional, luxurious and the host was super responsive to every communication. We had a small issue which the host resolved immediately and it showed that they cared about providing good service and that was great. Location was unintentionally but luckily for us in the middle of everything we wanted it to be. Mondello beach was a 20 minute drive, We had an easy trip to San Vito Lo Capo and also Palermo is around 30 mins +/- 10 for traffic. So all in all very good location. Bed was super comfortable, we slept like babies. Mini fridge was super useful, enough storage dotted around the room, good wardrobe space and sauna and jacuzzi were a highlight.

We had a fantastic stay! Everything was great from start to finish. The host, Valerio, was extremely kind and helpful—he picked us up from the airport and even assisted with picking up our rental car. The room was spotless, very bright, and had a modern feel. It was perfectly equipped with air conditioning, a fridge, and a coffee machine. We only stayed for one night, but we truly enjoyed it. Highly recommend!
