This place is amazing!! Everything about it - the facilities, the rooms, the common areas, the breakfast, the spa (which you can book for free for an hour) and of course the restaurant!! Converted monastery so it is full of character. The restaurant was incredible - food of exceptional quality. It was too early in season to eat outside but excellent outside terrace with amazing views - will be spectacular in summer. The staff very friendly and helpful. I stayed there whilst walking the Via de Francesco as it is directly on the route.
