Everything was AMAZING ! I went on a trip 4 nights with my mum. We didn’t rent a car for this trip because we like to explore walking or cycling . It was very beautiful. Family Baldassari is super super nice - they helped us when we needed to come from Cascia what is about 7km from Agriturismo . I understand italien more or less and I don’t speak - but even with this barrier it wasn’t problem . The food was excellent- really, everything is homemade and you can feel that all is made with love and passion. Room , restaurant everything is beautiful and clean . I was very happy that I made this choice and I came here , if I plan to come back to Italy - it will be definitely is this place . Grazie Mille 💖

Amazing place surrounded by mountains and fields! You can relax and enjoy a country life. We highly recommend. If you would like to try a horse riding you must do it here, with a wonderful instruktor Marco. Everyone is very friendly and the food in their restaurant is delicious and in fair price Thank you very much, we will come back definatelly!

Beautiful location, views and amazing breakfasts. Barbara, Ulysses and their son Alessandro are extremely kind, thoughtful and helpful. We did not have a car and they volunteered to pick us up from the bus station and then helped us organise our buses and trains for our onward journey. We had a wonderful morning with Ulysses at Castellucio .. it was a very special day.

Antonio was super kind and helpful. The stay was short, but we really enjoyed it. The room was cozy and beds were comfortable. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious! The pool is nice. The jacuzzi needs to be booked in advanced with only 4 time slots a day / so hurry up! :-) A restaurant nearby provides a great selection of delicious local food.

Everything was perfect, the best hotel ever!! (and I traveled 45 years ago!) Also the restaurant was amazing and more than exceptional! Best ever tasting meal! Very special historical site with wonderful restaurateur The huge and comfortable apartment, 90m2 for two of us! The amazing clean and large bathroom and daily cleaning service! Tasteful breakfast includes at the price! The privacy of the pool site, great relaxation at the massage!! Lovely and professional attention from all of the staff!

Wonderful rooms superbly detailed, and perhaps most importantly, very good mattresses. Warm, welcoming and accommodating hosts. Excellent, high quality breakfast with locally sourced and home baked delicacies exquisitely presented. Aesthetics rule the premises. Imagine unique museum-level wall paintings from the 13th century in the main hall! Simply breathtaking. We will be back, I promise!
