From the moment we arrived we felt very welcome at Nikis’ Resort. The staff is exceptionally friendly and we could have lunch or spend some time at the pool even though our room was not ready yet (we were early). The b&b buildings and property is just “wauw”. Breath taking. Perfect to relax from busy life. The food here was amazing as they offer breakfast with so many choices (more than other b&bs in Italy typically) and it was delicious. Same goes for lunch and dinner: the chef deserves a reward! We ate the best carbonara of our lives here. Matteo, the owner of the b&b, personally made sure every guest feels at ease and you can really feel his vision coming true of what he wants the b&b to be. Always ready to help or answer questions, just as everyone else of the staff. The room was incredible, we had an upstairs bed&bathroom and kind of living room downstairs. It was beautifully renovated and really clean. We felt at home here. Also important: good mattress, which also doesn’t seem like a giving in Italy. As mentioned before, the property is gorgeous, and also serves as a wedding venue with space for people to stay. I cannot think of a more dreamy location for a wedding if you’d wanna do it abroad. Matteo and staff, you’re doing great! Keep up the good work.

We were surprised and enjoyed every moment, including the house, the spaces, the design, the lovely couple who hosted us in a generous and kind way. The fine food that the owner's sister cooked. The pleasantness and the beautiful hospitality that Sima and Novolo gave us a feeling of home. Already dreaming of the next time to wake up in the morning to nature, peace and quiet. Pure perfection! I can't get over how beautiful everything in Castello di Monterone was. It's like you stepped in another world. The gardens are lovely, many places to sit and enjoy the EXTRAORDINARY view. The rooms are lovely, the cleaning is very detailed, the best! I am still dreaming about the breakfast we had there. Homemade bread, local eggs that melt in your mouth, fresh juice, jam and FANTASTIC muffins, cakes, cookies, biscuits... Overall a spectacular experience and would recommend to everyone!

    A beautiful house at a fantastic location. Fabio and his parents are super hosts. The cake was a very nice gesture. The appartment is great, spacious, comfortable and very well-equipped and everything both inside and outside is kept in pristine condition. The garden and swimming pool are also very nice. We had a fantastic time here!

    Great location in the village of Castel Rigone (bar, restaurants and convenience store are nearby). The town offers beautiful views on the lake of Trasimeno and surrounding landscape. Very welcoming and friendly owners. Dog friendly place. Very spacious apartment that is well equipped. Private parking on site.
