The hotel is really close to the beach. We went swimming in almost November and there were 26 degrees. Beach is large for walks or play with children. Near the beach there is good restaurant and in front we had a parking space (I guess in the season it is full). There is a ferry that takes you directly to the Venice Marco Polo square only 15min drive with a car to the port. Staff in the hotel was really friendly. Breakfast was ok (italian style :) ).

We had a wonderful experience staying at Melissa's apartment in Venice. The location near San Marсo Square was perfect for exploring the city. The apartments themselves are very cozy, clean and well furnished. I especially liked that there was everything necessary for a comfortable rest. Melissa was very hospitable. We recommend these apartments to anyone looking for a cozy place to stay in the heart of Venice.

It is an absolutely perfect stay for art-lovers visiting biennale. Located in the quiet residential ares just next to giardini, the apartment is spacious, comfy, and perfectly clean. The wifi is fast, the kitchen is well-equipped, and the bathtub is gigantic and nice. Also, the host speaks English, responds quickly, and provide original tips on navigating Venice.
