Very very friendly staff who spoke very good English. The room was great and the whole facilities seem new and clean. Lovely breakfast. Very quiet even though the road is close by which is amazing. Just a great place to stay if you plan on visiting venice or chioggia.

Location cannot be better. It is just in front of the basilica. We had the room at the top floor. It is very well furnished witv space utilized in the best possible way. There is even a sauna in the room. We were very happy with it all.

Everything was quite great - the room, the beds, the design, everything was very clean. Excellent location, close to all the main sights and transport; the neighborhood is very quiet, too. Superb and attentive staff. We enjoyed our stay and had a wonderful time in Venice.
