The hotel and its staff are amazing. We were able to check in about 2 hours early, which was very much appreciated after a nearly 24 hour long journey to Ferrara. The staff were very kind and welcoming, and provided us with helpful information about the trains when a strike was going on. The value for money for the hotel is great, and the location is excellent as well.

Lovely place with lovely people! Unfortunately we only stayed for 3 nights, but we enjoyed every second of it with our son and dog. We loved the area, the food, drinks, the two pools and especially the people. Lovely place and it feels a bit like home-coming!
