This place was set in a stunning location along a perfect narrow winding road, almost teasing you to what was to come. I was lucky to find myself as the only guest during my stay. I was spoilt! Katya and Andrea treated me as one of their family. It was peaceful, in beautiful setting surrounded by wildlife. We were even treated to the sounds and sights of deer rutting… an absolute privilege. The superb setting, like you are somewhere in the jungle of rainforest. No house close by, very green and quiet location. The house/apartment had everything needed for the stay of family of 4. Every room has Tv. Well isolated and even during heat wave the house stayed cool inside, was very pleasant in evenings and nights. Big bonus was washing machine and big drying area! The house has great pool where you can hang out all day and admire the greenery around you. There are parasols to stay in shade and comfortable pool chairs. They also have table tennis, was lots of fun to play with my kids. Possibility to bbq. The owners/hosts are very very friendly and helpful and they speak English. You can pick herbs from the garden to use in drinks or making food.

The heart of the experience, however, was the incredible outdoor kitchen. Cooking and dining al fresco while taking in the sweeping views of the Tuscan countryside was unforgettable. The spacious balcony quickly became our favorite spot for morning coffee and evening wine — the panorama is absolutely breathtaking. One of the most memorable moments of our stay was the evening we spent with a private pizzaiolos. Watching them prepare delicious wood-fired pizzas in the outdoor oven was a highlight for both adults and children. It felt like a true celebration of Italian food and hospitality. It was beyond our expectations, the hotel has a wonderful energy, same as the location, which is not fully captured by the photos. Very clean and highly maintained with a beautiful garden and pool with salt treatment and no chlorine! The staff is very kind and helpful. The owner is dedicated. We highly recommend this place.
