Small resort with a beautiful garden, located directly on a small public beach. Spacious, spotless room, beautiful minimalist decoration. Plenty of breakfast options. Staff are extremely friendly and helpful, making restaurant reservations, providing sunbeds and umbrellas on the beach.

From our room we just hat 10m to access the sea at the hotels sand beach. After swimming we relaxed in our private Hot Tab also facing the sea. Champagne and good mood welcome! The Hotel's restaurant on top of the small building serves good local food. Just a perfect place for couples and families to enjoy sunny Sicily!

We have just come back for a 10 day stay in this beautiful villa. We had a wonderful time and the villa exceeded our expectations - the photos do not do it justice. It is extremely well-equipped, comfortable and has fantastic facilities. There are 3 levels: on the ground floor a beautiful swimming pool with ample sunbeds, a volley ball area, a pool table, table football and table tennis along with a dining table and comfortable seats, and even a fridge-freezer. Our 3 sons were amazed with this whole area. Then there is the lovely, clean, air-conditioned villa on the second level with 3 good sized bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a big spacious lounge, the most well-equipped kitchen I have seen in a holiday villa and a terrace. And finally there is a wonderful roof terrace with a hot tub jacuzzi, a seating and dining area and beautiful sea views. If you can drag yourself away from the villa (not easy!) then the location is perfect for exploring the SouthEast of Sicily. Syracuse, Ortigia, Noto, Mt. Etna, Modica, Ragusa and the stunning beaches which are just minutes away. There are all the amenities you need very close by - friendly supermarket, snack bar and restaurants. If all of that is not enough then there are also the wonderful owners of the villa, Carmelo and Patrizia! They are so kind, warm, friendly, respectful and helpful - always ready to give advice and support (even arranging a hire car for us including collecting and dropping off at airport), directions and recommendations for local amenities, looking after the swimming pool, arranging taxis. We have stayed in many different holiday apartments, villas and hotels and have never felt so welcome and well looked after. I would highly recommend this villa and really hope to return one day soon.

The spirit of this place is simply unique and different from most of the others. The resort location and atmosphere are in harmony with nature and the surrounding beauty of Sicily. Our honeymoon stay at the Wellness Hotel Principe di Fitalia was truly one for the books. The way the staff treated us made us feel incredibly special, as if we were the most important guests there. And oh my goodness, the food! The perfect balance between tradition and innovation. The hotel’s location was like a quiet hideaway, and there weren’t too many rooms, so it never felt crowded. We could just relax and enjoy the peacefulness all around us. This made our honeymoon extra lovely and romantic. Honestly, if you’re looking for a super nice and fancy place to have a romantic and relaxing time in Siracusa, Sicily, this hotel is it. We can’t recommend it enough!

    Thank you for a wonderful stay. Emily is great, and she always helped us quickly and willingly with everything. The croissants every morning for breakfast were excellent👍 The rooms were spacious, and each had its own bathroom facilities, which we really appreciated. Fontane Bianche beach is close by and amazing!

    This ia a little paradise in Fontane Bianche. The appartement is great quality, bathroom is really nice and the spacious rain shower very welkom after a day on the beach. The well kept garden with green gras and a swimming pool makes it even better. And the owner Alfredo is a super friendly host. Thanks Alfredo and we hope Gina will be better soon. Niklas and Margreet
