Everything exceeded all of my expectations. San Donato in Poggio is so cute, it’s the perfect location in Tuscany. The room was huge and extremely nice and comfortable. Very quiet and peaceful. My partner and I truly loved staying here! The breakfast was also great!

The place is just amazing to stay. The rooms are with an antique style but everything clean. The facilities outside, like terrace, pool are in great condition and the whole place has a very special vibe as they really pay attention to the details! The staff is very kind and also the restaurant has very high quality food at the breakfast and also dinner.

Phillipo was the best host you could ask for, he was fun, very accommodating, vibrant, knowledgeable a great chef and could not be more hospitable generous and kinder. We spent 4 fun days where we ate, swam, relaxed and laughed after travelling all the way from New Zealand. We would highly recommend Tenuta Massabò to anyone who wants the full Tuscany experience, with a lot of laughs and the best eggs and Chianti thrown in.
