I was thoroughly impressed with my stay here. From start to finish. The facilities are excellent. Rooms, dining area(breakfast), pool, shuttle transport. We took advantage of everything here at the hotel. The pool was a great escape and opportunity to relax the day before flying home. We also took the opportunity to walk into nearby Mestre to have a fantastic dinner and cap our European vacation. However, I must say that the staff were what truly differentiated my stay here from other hotels. Everybody from the beginning of our stay until the end was very attentive and made it their number one priority to make sure your stay was perfect. I can’t stress that enough and must have come into contact with at least a dozen individuals throughout the hotel during our stay. As such, I would like to acknowledge everybody at the hotel; however, a personal shout out to Michela Murara and Gianluca Moro who helped me through a precarious situation to say the least. Their expedient and compassionate assistance in this manner only leant credence to the fact that the staff here at this hotel are top notch and really separate themselves from other hotels. Hilton should be proud of these employees representing their brand. I would more than highly recommend this hotel.

From the stuff ( there was Mihaela, which is Romanian and she provided us a lot of details, she is pretty nice), to the room which was clean and spacious. The hotel is 5 minutes far, from the tram station and from it to Venice only 10 minutes. Even if we have stayed only one night, the area it seems pretty safe, we get back to the hotel around 9 pm and everything was fine. The breakfast was amazing with a varied menu from which you can chose what you like. ☺️

Rooms were excellent, exactly as in the photos, everything worked and was well kept. The staff were so so friendly and truthfully we didn't want to leave. The location was perfect and we were lucky to get the balcony. We are already planning another visit and would happily stay here again.

the staff here were so friendly and helpful. also, for us this is an ideal location as Santa Croce is not so busy yet has lovely areas to explore and great restaurants For some, the bustle of San Marco may be fun but for us it was so much better to chose to go there rather than be forded to be with so many people!
