Exelent food and comfortable rooms. The staff was very professional and helpful. Rossana was very enthusiastic and had good entertainment in the evenings. We enjoyed our stay (end October) a lot, and happy to come again when we are in the same area. Hotel looks very fresh and cozy, rooms are good size and comfortable. Staff was very helpful and welcoming. Very good breakfast selection, including warm and cold dishes. Dinner in restaurant was very good too - recommended. Small SPA with two saunas inside and outside jacuzzi (included in price) was great after day of hiking, but be aware to book time in advance (e.g. after dinner), because there is maximum 4-6 people allowed at the same time, and there should be two separate reservations for SPA and jacuzzi. Carezza lake and Labyrinths of Latemar for 3-4h hiking are not far away by car, and highly recommended; stay in that area also for sunset view. Popular viewpoints towards Sella Pass are other direction, but also close by. There is large and easy to access parking lot just next to hotel.

Great location. Nice enough spa/sauna. Nice jacuzzi. Good breakfast and dinner. The beds were comfortable. The hotel is lively, it accommodates a lot of people and we liked the busy atmosphere. The ladies serving the food were very friendly. Thursday there is a DJ evening in the bar. Other amenities like the Foosball and Ping-Pong tables were a great way to pass some time.
