Check-in and Check-out went really well. The room was clean and nicely decorated. The hostess was very kind and recommended us restaurants and the communication with her went very well. In the morning she prepared a nice italian breakfast, which was very delicious!

Loved the room, super clean and furnished with great taste and an eye to tradition. The pool area is out of this world and offers a breathtaking view over Noto. The staff was lovely, everyone has been super kind and helpful during our stay. We had dinner at their restaurant multiple times as it was great, the ingredients used are top quality! Last weekend, my family and I, had the pleasure of staying at this luxurious and exclusive house. The interiors are stunningly designed, and the two bedrooms were nothing short of fantastic. Each morning, we enjoyed delicious and varied breakfasts, setting a positive tone for the day ahead. The staff at the house were exceptionally pleasant and always ready to assist us with anything we needed. Their attentiveness and professionalism made us feel right at home, ensuring that our stay was both comfortable and memorable. The hotel's location is ideal, with all major attractions within walking distance, allowing us to easily explore and enjoy the surrounding area. One of the highlights of our stay was the rooftop terrace with the breakfast and minipool area, with a breathtaking views that added a special touch of exclusivity to our stay. We are already looking forward to our next visit to this remarkable house. I highly recommend it!

Very quiet and peaceful place, easy to find and easy to get around by car. Lovely pool, excellent food, lots of parking, very good AC system, very good water pressure in the large shower. Communication with the host was easy and efficient and we were made to feel very much at home!

The house is impeccable, well-located and was remodelled last year. Everything is new. Stefano was charming and always available. Highly recommended. We just had a great time! Noto is also beautiful, not turisty (in February) and there many places to see thing to do around like Siracusa-Ortigia, Ragusa, Scicli, Modica, Marzammemi, the Natural Reserve or Vendicari. Many restaurants near the house with excellent Sicilian food.

The entire place is amazing. I felt very welcomed, there was a great choice for breakfast. The staff that served us were always very smiley and happy. Unfortunately me and my husband fell ill during the stay but the staff were very good and informative - gave us directions to the nearest pharmacy and tried to help us as much as possible with what they had in their first aid box. The entire place is peaceful and clean, we were sad to leave.

We loved everything about this accommodation. We’ve been to Italy many times and travelled across Sicily too and this is one of the best places we’ve ever had. The property is new and the owners put a lot of work in to keeping the standards high. Sebastiano is out cleaning the beautiful pool area every morning while you enjoy fresh locally sourced food for breakfast. The team of polite and friendly ladies make sure breakfast is how you like it and then begin cleaning the rooms afterwards, they do a great job. Sebastiano gave me his phone number and told me to contact him any time for help, when I asked him for a corkscrew he was there in minutes! I never leave reviews but felt that Villa Carmiano deserves it, we had a fantastic week.

    Great base to explore the area of SW Sicily and you will need a car. Supermarkets a 5 minute drive away. Beautiful, rustic 300 year old farmhouse and grounds. Lovely clean and private swimming pool even though the jacuzzi wasn’t working. We loved the quiet and privacy. We were housed in the renovated stables which were spacious with excellent bathroom facilities. The host was friendly and helpful.
