Very comfortable location, 7 minutes from attractions by foot. Wonderful big room. We got the one with Jacozi and loved it. Big room, comfortable bed. Clean and lovely. Great reception and wonderful breakfast. Super tasty coffee. Thank you!

The location right in the old city center is great. You can book the SPA for 1 1/2 hours a day for yourself to relax. Amazing, if you like SPAs. The staff was super friendly and helpful. It is a small hotel, and they make you feel at home (we stayed 6 nights). We got an upgrade to a suite, but next time I would pay for it. The room was large and it felt like a nice little apartment (room 2).

This was, without question, the worst experience we’ve had in over 250 nights using Booking.com. The listing was incredibly misleading — we would never have booked it had we known it was a shared accommodation, something we’ve never stayed in before. The word “shared” is casually buried in the description, along with other misleading claims like “free parking,” “spa tub,” “bathtub,” “easy access,” “and “breakfast included.” No hand soap in bathroom provided. Getting into the building was a complete nightmare. It took six keys, a lockbox, and a keypad just to access the bedroom room. The wifi requires a 22-digit WiFi password No clear instructions were sent after booking. Instead, we had to send a photo of our ID and wait for a full page of confusing entry instructions — with no mention of which building to even go to. If it hadn’t been for a kind stranger who helped us contact the owner on his phone and assist us with the language barrier, we would’ve left and lost the reservation. No mirror other than in shared bathroom, in floor heating (or something below) making the bathroom 40C+deg. Charging hotel nightly rate. On the positive, the AC in the bedroom worked good, pillows were comfortable, owner said sorry after voicing my concerns of how difficult getting access to the room was. Booking.com has options for owners to not accept booking before a certain amount of time or to pre-approve before accaptance. We often book minutes before arriving because some days a long rides and final destinations are an unknown. The owner was not prepared for a short notice booking but has a no-refund policy whether you can access the site or not. We travel Europe extensively by motorcycle and are very experienced travelers. This was easily the most frustrating and disappointing stay we’ve ever had. Do yourself a favor and avoid this listing — it’s not at all what it seems.

Staying at this place was like visiting our long-lost uncle in Italy. The welcome was heartfelt, the room was spacious and comfortable with a great shower and many thoughtful amenities. It's on a quiet suburban street about 15 minutes' drive from Padua. The breakfast was very nice, and Gabriele was very accommodating in offering us our choice of breakfast style.

    The house is huge, beautiful decorated eith all the amenities and comfort you need.It has 2 bathroom ,one with shower,one with jacuzzi style bathtub with lights and bubbles for relax.The kitchen has all the things you need and the staff also prepared a Christmas tree for us,put a christmas table cloth and a basket full of goodies.Bedrooms are spacious with tons of space, blankets, pillows etc.Is 1 min outside the train station and 10 minutes walk to the centre of Padova with market's,shops and loads to see.

    Hotel Patavium was great stay, very close walk to the city center (some 15 min), some good restaurants around, private parking (extra charge) just 1-2 minutes walk around the corner. We had huge suite with comfort bed and pillows and with jacuzzi in the bathroom. Everything was so clean and spacious.
