Excellent location for people who need to be close to the airport and Pisa Centrale. Extremely clean place, very modern furniture. I personally fell in love with the reading lamps ( Brown room) and the ceiling light in the kitchen. Very good arrangement of the breakfast. No disturbance at all. Will definitely recommend the place.

Pisa Happy House is the best ever place we ever stayed in, and Gianpiero is the nicest and kindest host . we arrived late and he left for us wine, cake and packed fridge with a lot of food, more then we expected. The apartment is very spacious and stunning, much better then in the pictures, very clean, walking distance to airport, train station and city centre.

Very simple process to pickup the key. The host provided all the information in advance clearly. The apartment is in ground floor and with elderly people within our group was perfect. It is very centrally located within Pisa and the apartment was very quiet. The city center can be reached by foot within 10 minutes. Good place to choose for a short stay in Pisa.

    Great location and really lovely staff. Grounds of hotel really pretty. Comfortable bed, air conditioning, good Jacuzzi bath and lovely big private terrace off our room. Given free bottle of Prosecco and had tasty food as room service. Arranged airport transfer through hotel. Nice breakfast in the morning.

    Excellent location overlooking the River Arno. Perfectly placed, within easy walking distance of the Leaning Tower and the train station. The advice from the hosts about where to have breakfast/lunch with a view was most welcome. The jacuzzi bath was the perfect way to relax after a day of sightseeing and enjoying the local food. Would recommend.
