Staff answered all my questions and were friendly, even lent me 2 power adaptors for Italian power. The place is environmentally conscious but does not skimp. The lounge is retro in a genuine way, not in a hipster way. The room was great, had some space, great location a short walk to the center of town/the soul festival.
