Luca is a perfect host and helped us a lot with additional information. He was available at all times. The house is very clean and stylishly furnished, we felt at home right away. Nothing is missing and the kitchen is super well equipped, even basic food items are available. The location is very quiet, there are a few dogs in the neighbourhood that bark, but it didn't really bother us. It is quiet but still very well located, you can get to Cagliari and Villasimius quickly. There are good restaurants nearby, as well as shopping facilities, so a car is recommended. We will definitely be back. Thank you for a great holiday.

This villa is awesome, beautiful, clean and spacious. The owners were really nice, spoke great english, were incredibly fast with responses and gave us great suggestions where to go and what to do. It's close to the beach and in a peaceful environment. Would definitely book again.

We loved our stay here! The hotel is in an excellent location, less than a 5-minute walk from the train station, which made getting to and from the airport so easy. It’s also very central, perfect for exploring Cagliari on foot. The room was spotless, with a comfortable bed and all the facilities we needed. We received a warm and friendly welcome, and I especially appreciated that they contacted us before arrival with the option to book a private hour in the wellness room - such a thoughtful touch. They also kindly let us leave our luggage there after check-out since we had a late flight, which made things so much more convenient. Overall, a great experience and we would definitely stay here again if we return to Cagliari.

Excellent location. Very friendly and courteous staff. Very clean and well kept both indoors and outdoors. They have a super friendly visiting seagull to that keeps you entertained near the pool. In the whole it was an excellent experience that was super relaxing. Their restaurant although not on the property but just a short walk away offers a delicious variety of food and wine both local and Mediterranean. Highly recommended.

Kalista is a modern, clean and nicely decorated property. They offer a self check in service which was very easy for us. The hotel doesn’t have a reception but the owner was easily contactable and very accommodating to all our needs. There is a bus stop right in front of the property and is located within easy walking distance to all the tourist sights and restaurants in Cagliari.
