Great hotel with beautiful surroundings and facilities, massage at the Spa was amazing and the hotel manager went above and beyond to help us with our broken down rental car and forgotten items in the room. Staying at Hotel Rua Frati 48 in San Francesco was an incredible experience! I was in town for the Cosmoprof fair in Bologna, and choosing this hotel was the best decision. Just a 45-minute drive from the fair, it provided the perfect balance of convenience, comfort, and luxury. The rooms are absolutely stunning—spacious, elegantly designed, and full of character. The dining experience was outstanding, with delicious food and impeccable service. But what truly made my stay special was the amazing staff—warm, professional, and always ready to assist with a smile.and they have a valet parking! After a busy day, returning to this hotel felt like coming home—serene, luxurious, and welcoming. If you’re visiting Modena or need a great place to stay for events in Bologna, I highly recommend this hotel. I will definitely return!

The service was PHENOMENAL. Every single person working here was kind and helpful. I’m travelling with my small dog and they made the journey so much more pleasant. I could bring him to all of my meals. The room was exceptionally clean. I booked as a surprise anniversary stop during our drive through Italy and the staff did not disappoint. Red flowers in the tub and on the bed with beautifully displayed robes, slippers and Prosecco. Free parking is a huge bonus. Along with a huge park behind the hotel great for kids and dogs. Would rate my stay 20/10!
