My husband and I absolutely loved honeymooning in this boutique hotel in a quaint town in lake Como. The whole place is so very cute and special. Full of character and history. It's got a little museum, a private jacuzzi, garden, terrace, winery, kitchen for guests to store stuff. Our room was small and simple, but very clean, very well maintained, equipped with AC and overviewing the lake. We loved every bit of our stay. We travel a lot and stay in many places. This hotel will certainly be a cherished memory. As other people have mentioned, breakfast is spectacular. In a way it's standard types of products. They've got yogurts, cheese, fruits, bread, some cakes, Nutella, honey, orange juice. But its the quality of all these products that takes the gold and elevates it. The cheeses were all local, not mass produced. Honey was local. The yoghurts carefully selected, fruits and bread really really fresh, coffee simply divine. And the cakes were just heavenly. They offer freshly squeezed juice and freshly made eggs on demand. And I must not forget to mention the staff of the hotel. They are so warm, kind and attentive, particularly Oscar who was going above and beyond. They picked us up from the parking area, showed us to the hotel, showed us all around the building, demonstrated all facilities, told us where we can go for food, to the beach etc and from then on everytime we'd bump into each other they were lovely, welcoming and inquiring about us. They really made us feel great, safe and welcome.

This place is out of this world. My parents and partner stayed here for a week and had the holiday of a lifetime. The location is 10/10 and the view from our apartment took our breath away every morning. The staff couldn’t do enough for you either - so friendly, attentive and helpful. The food is also incredible and there’s a lot of choice each evening. In the instance you’re looking for something more affordable the gorgeous town of Porlezza is a 20 minute walk away - which I highly recommend. During our stay my Mum turned 70 and my partner turned 30, they were both surprised with balloons, cake and bubbles which had been left for them to enjoy by the hotel. 10/10 worth a visit!
