We loved our 5-day stay at the hotel! The staff was so friendly and helpful, the room was spacious, clean and the beds were very comfortable. There is a great choice of 3 various cushions for everyone's liking. Breakfast is served from 7:30 to 10:00, we recommend a fantastic freshly prepared omelette! The choice of food is ok, however, like almost everywhere in Italy, there is lack of fresh vegetebles except for slices of tomatoes :-(. The spa area comprises of 5 good saunas, two of them with a view to the mountains, and lots of space to rest on comfy beds afterwards. It is not allowed for children, which is really good, as you can rest in silence (only few guests did not respect this). We liked the outdoor pool with heated water and a marvellous mountain view! During the stay at the spa area (opened 2pm-8 pm) you have drinks (hot/cold water, blackcurrant juice, herbal tea and fruit tea) as well as fruit & nuts available. Bathrobes and (good quality) slippers are handed out at the reception for the whole stay. Fitness room is big and good, a number of machines, maybe not the newest ones but working. It would be great to have there paper towels to clean the machines after usage. A big advantage is a very well heated ski room with lots of handles for skiis and boots and benches to sit while changing the shoes. The hotel offers a possibility to keep your car in their own spacious garage for an extra cost of 8 EUR per day - a very good idea especially when it snows! The height of the garage is enough to get there even with a skiing box on a van. The hotel offers a free shuttle to the ski lifts, which - on another hand- saves you 8 EUR for the car park :-). In addition, we got free tickets for public transport for the time of our stay and the bus stop is right in front of the hotel!

Very clean. Very comfortable room for a family with kids. Two balconys with epic views. Very good location to reach most popular places. Very sad, that after a long trip we could not use the jacuzzi bath because of hotel rules "kids are not allowed...". Only for adults. Kids were dissappinted. In general i can recommend this place.

Amazing stay in Ortesei close to the city center. The room had a balcony that overlooked at the river and the town. Everyone in the hotel was so nice and friendly and helped us with planning our day to make the most of our stay. Dinner was amazing, specially the Salmon Trout! :) If you like family hotels that are cozy and make you feel at home, this is your place to stay.

From the moment we arrived, the host made us feel incredibly welcome and at home. He was not only friendly but also extremely helpful—always ready with great recommendations, quick to respond to any requests, and genuinely caring about our comfort. The hotel itself is cozy, clean, and nicely maintained. The atmosphere was peaceful and inviting, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. Everything! The facilities, the design and feels of this Hotel are beautiful. Staff is extremely professional and polite, definitely most polite staff we’ve ever come across in hotels. Eager to assist us with finding ski instructor, driving us with shuttle etc. Rooms are outstanding.

The two sisters who ran the hotel worked tirelessly to answer questions, provide suggestions of where to eat or drink, picturesque walks, wine bars to visit and good places to ski. It is a small hotel but with the latest mod cons - the boot and ski lockers were the best I’ve seen and the wifi was very good. This was true ski in/ ski out facilities where you could click on your skis at the front door.

Beautiful hotel with lovely aspect located within a couple of minutes walk of the main town. Large, modern suite (211) with large bathroom (walk in shower) & separate toilet. Large balcony with views of the mountains. Very quiet especially once the door to the balcony is closed which completely negates the nearby church bell ringing. Breakfast & evening meals were very good. Friendly & efficient staff.

    Everything was superb. The staff, the mini club for kids, the facilities. We got upgraded and enjoyed a much larger room with 2 bathrooms. Our son loved spending time with his peers after dinner. The staff was exceptional and bit shout out goes to Piera, at the spa who patiently helped our son getting a thorn out of his hand. Lovely stay, we wish we stayed longer

The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming, making me feel at home immediately. The restaurant exceeded my expectations with its delicious cuisine and attentive service.     A beautiful hotel in a stunning location. There's a very cozy feel to the place which I find very relaxing. The staff members were all very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was pretty good and dinner was excellent. As for the wellness area, the pool offers a breathtaking view of the Sassopiatto and Sassolungo mountains. There's a nice sized spa with the sauna/Turkish bath area and a relaxation room. My wife booked a massage and said it was great. All in all a fantastic stay.
