Exceptional hotel set in a beautiful old renovated building. It also has a modern addition which is separate from the old building. But one can see that great care was taken when this property was converted in a hotel. Great location in the city of Sirmione, outside the historic centre but close enough. The hotel has large private grounds, and therefore very tranquil and relaxing. Stunning view of Lake Garda, and hotel is also surrounded by lush greenery. Our room was in the new section, with modern design and comforts. We had a room for 3 and it was huge.. it had a private entrance, a large terrace, and a very comfortable bathroom with a large shower. I also liked that we could regulate the room temperature rather than having central heating. Private car park with plenty of parking. The pool area is beautiful, right on the edge of the lake, where one can enjoy the sunset. A restaurant is also available on site and is open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The buffet breakfast is truly good with a generous choice of both savoury and sweet items. One evening we also enjoyed an exceptionally good meal with very reasonable prices. I would also add this hotel is probably great and very safe for families. My 5 year old really enjoyed herself, especially watching the ducks and various other birds that often landed in the property. All in all, exceptionally good value for money.. it exceeded my expectations by quite a lot

If you want to wake up in the morning to the chirping of birds, with the sun filtered through the branches of the cypresses and olive trees in the yard, with the Garda Lake sparkle shining through the window, in a room with all the charm of last century Italy, this is the perfect location. We loved the copious breakfast served in the wonderful garden, we disconnected with a glass of wine in the generous garden, so well maintained, we admired every piece of furniture, every decoration, all original for over 100 years. Everything to the max. 10 minutes walk, among cypress gardens, from everything Sirmione can offer you.

The pool area is beautiful, right on the edge of the lake, where one can enjoy the sunset. A restaurant is also available on site and is open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The buffet breakfast is truly good with a generous choice of both savoury and sweet items. One evening we also enjoyed an exceptionally good meal with very reasonable prices. I would also add this hotel is probably great and very safe for families. My 5 year old really enjoyed herself, especially watching the ducks and various other birds that often landed in the property. All in all, exceptionally good value for money.. it exceeded my expectations by quite a lot

Room was great, had a balcony with table, chairs and 2 sunloungers and a parasol stand. Very attentive staff who helped with any queries. Loved the bar deck area, had quite a few drinks there just relaxing and watching the happenings on the lake, pure joy. The spa was fabulous, brilliant staff, had a massage there too, skin feels very soft, a must do activity for hotel guests.

Firstly the staff were very friendly and helpful going above and beyond to make our stay relaxing and welcoming. The restaurant food and surroundings were lovely. The pool is beautiful with large jacuzzi and plenty of sun loungers on different levels to give privacy. Restaurant by the pool for food and drinks. One of the reception staff went out of his way to find a softer pillow. Room was spacious and very clean.
