This was the perfect vacation for my family! The Grand Hotel Terme in Sirmione provided us with an unforgettable experience. Friendly staff is the most important! Sometimes we get unpleasant treatment as non-European tourists. But this hotel is exceptional and the staff treat us like king and queen. The rwstaurant and room service quality for the food is crazily delicious! Will surely come back.

The hotel looks great and feels new, the room we got was clean and spacious, it had a big balcony with a side view of the lake. Breakfast was great (but it was missing vegetables for me). The staff was very kind and helpful. Wifi was working well. There was enough parking space in front of the hotel. Also the location is fine, there is a supermarket nearby and some restaurants, bars or cafes.

Beautiful place, nice people. Apartment clean, everything functional, pool beautiful, warm plenty of space to lie down, the owner lent us bikes, so we could go everywhere without any problem. Parking in front of the house in a quiet street. Great shop around the corner, pizza and gluten free on the street.

I loved everything from the spacious and very warm room (altough it was a classic room) to the restaurant and the Spa. The parking place is very Close, almost 100m far from the hotel and very easy to acces it. the hotel is in front of the castle of Sirmione. the Spa is great and the Two hours are enough to enjoy it. it is true the Spa is outside the hotel you make only Two Steps to reach it - easy peasy. it was very clean and there was a nice atmosphere. The breakfast has everything you want, and the restaurant is great. we had a nice time and we loved the amenities and the services. Thank you!

    Room was great, had a balcony with table, chairs and 2 sunloungers and a parasol stand. Very attentive staff who helped with any queries. Loved the bar deck area, had quite a few drinks there just relaxing and watching the happenings on the lake, pure joy. The spa was fabulous, brilliant staff, had a massage there too, skin feels very soft, a must do activity for hotel guests.

    Firstly the staff were very friendly and helpful going above and beyond to make our stay relaxing and welcoming. The restaurant food and surroundings were lovely. The pool is beautiful with large jacuzzi and plenty of sun loungers on different levels to give privacy. Restaurant by the pool for food and drinks. One of the reception staff went out of his way to find a softer pillow. Room was spacious and very clean.
