Amazing family run hotel with exceptional care & attention from all staff, from front of house to the constant cleaning you will not be disappointed. I have stayed at many hotels over the years & this one is immaculately clean! The pictures do not do it justice as it appears a little dated but the rooms are much more modern than expected (balcony room giving a great view too!) Great choice at the continental breakfast & fresh Italian cappuccino including the stocks being continually replenished. Pool was great (again immaculately clean) with towels being offered from the hotel, even a pool bar with a good selection & choice of drinks / ice creams. 10 minute walk to both the beach & Tirrenia town centre with great choice of restaurants & coffee shops. Bus stops also located here with the hotel staff giving clear directions & a map.

Easy to locate. Received replies immediately available when making specific enquiries. Very quiet. Spotless. Large bedroom and good shower. Short walk from the airport. Not too long to walk into the city centre. Breakfast fabulous. Selfserve: lots of fruit, yoghurts, fresh breads and croissants, cheese & deli meats. Coffee machine. The apartment was really nice, comfortable and very clean. Communication with the owner was smooth and very friendly. We traveled with 5 people (4 adults and 1 child) and all felt very comfortable and would book again if we come back to the area.
