The location is a bit hard to find and a surprise as it is in an industry park.. The room is simply perfect and the kindness of the owner is superb. Limited rooms but recommended if you are in the surroundings of Aprilia

Perfect location - one can go to the beach or to rome using public transport very easily. The appartement is clean and really next to the station Lido Nord. Cozy balcony. Eduardo is a nice and very considerate host - very smooth experiance. Highly recommended.

There is not place like home but as everyone knows but what I liked about the property is I felt like home! I really enjoyed my stay as I was with my 1 year old son.the place was very quiet and peaceful for someone who wants to scape from crowded.the owner was so kind and caring as for example the day of check in the room was warmed up for which I really appreciate;) yeah I really enjoyed being there I recommend.

It was clean and tidy and comfortable. Super close to the beach. Amazing sunset from the terrace. The host was so nice and available. The breakfast.. amazing. Freshly squeezed orange Juice and all you could ever wished for.

Luigi met us at the agreed time from 20:00 to 22:00 (the reservation time was 15:00-17:00), showed us and told us about the apartment, he was very kind and polite. There was chilled wine in the refrigerator, chips on the table. The apartment is comfortable with 2 separated rooms, everything corresponded to the photos on the website. The kitchen is equipped, there is a coffee machine and coffee. The apartment has free parking, the place is convenient for visiting Rome by car (we parked in the free parking Campoleone, about 30 km, then by train to Roma Termini 25 minutes). Luigi was always in touch via Whatsup and solved problems. Everything is great, thank you Luigi!

Excellent location for us - easy access to the airport and casal Palocco. Dropped some of the party at EUr fermi station about 20mins away and picked them from Acilia station a few minutes from the house. Also accessible to Euroma 2 and Maximo shopping malls. Beautiful house, big enough for 5 of us. Really lovely and helpful hostess, Francesca - thank you for all the chocs and complimentary wine. Kids had access to Netflix and Amazon prime! Will be back in the summer to make use of the lovely terrace space and hopefully see the resident tortoise too 💕
