Stunning hotel! A true treasure on the coast of Lake Como. All aspects of the hotel epitomized luxury and comfort. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. The rooms were very comfortable and the view on the lake from the room balcony takes your breath away.

A very clean and very well appointed property, small but well designed. A lot of thoughtful attention to detail and provision of supplies. We were able to prepare and heat a meal in our apartment. It was lovely to meet our host and to be greeted so warmly by their dog Juna. Able to sit outside in the garden. Our bicycles were secure within the locked gates of the property.

Everything, from top to bottom was perfect: The hotel's staff are kind and welcoming, contacted me trough Whatsapp to figure out my arrival time. the hotel looks extremely clean, the room has a coffee machine and free water bottles were offered trough the refrigerator in the kitchen. The view in the morning was one of kind with great breakfast. Come here! Worth every penny

Ariana surprised us every morning with healthy meals served in beautiful garden or in the elegant lunchroom. You are surrounded by fresh flowers in this lovely place. What a beautiful and quaint little boutique hotel! We loved the views, the hotel. Staff were very kind and accommodating. We had a fabulous time taking the cooking class from the local chef. The room was comfortable, and the amenities were modern. The restaurant overlooking the lake was wonderful. We would highly recommend!

    Lots of space in this beautiful house, swimming pool and hot tub were very nice. Grounds were beautiful, loved the donkeys. Host was friendly and attentive, facilities were all great. We had an amazing time and would love to come back.
