- incredible gem close to Perugia! You get the whole apartment that includes kitchen with living room, master bedroom with bathroom (bath + toilet) and kids room + another WC with toilet + walk in closet - Fabrizio is exceptional host! So kind and attentive! - there are all details for your comfort >> to basic essentials like toilet paper and shower gel, you get all you need really. Feels like proper home (with coffee, milk, pasta, pancakes, yogurt and juices). You can even spend the night watching Netflix on a very comfy couch! - free parking next to the building - quiet area...we slept with our windows open during the night as i try minimizing AC usage. But there is a working AC in the apartment.

Fabulous welcome and stay. Our host showed us around the apartment and also around the gardens, which were beautiful, ideal for an outside breakfast, lunch or evening meal, with a fantastic view. Friendly, hospitable and helpful. The gardens are beautiful for relaxing or for some quiet reading. I would love to return one day.

Incredibly special stay! When you enter the drive way to the villa you’re transported to another world and time. Novello and his family are wonderful and warm people who welcome you in to their family home, happy and excited to share the history and stories of their ancestors who lived here. The food is incredible and all made from scratch, gorgeous selection of wine. We enjoyed drinks in the garden before dinner. If you’re after a night or two of enchantment then stay here.

Staff were excellent Rooms very clean The costs for drinks and staff was reasonable Distance from hotel to town was a 20 min walk, for us who use gym at home, a walk was our excercise so served us right.

The apartment was very spacious. There were lots of bedrooms, huge living room, there were very quiet. The apartment is located in the Centro storico Perugia, near the caffe, national museum of Umria, there are 2 groceries 1 minute away from apartment. There are lots of restaurants in front of the building. The host-Nicola and his wife are very helpful. The contact between guests and Nicola is perfect, he gave us number of Taxi to the airport and gave us maps of the city to make our’s sightseeing easier and much more planned. In the apartment is a coffee machine. Air conditioning works very well! The kitchen is well equipted. Apartment is elegant, like in a palazzo.
