We totally loved our 3 day-and-a-half stay at this hotel. Situated in Rivoltella, half way between Desenzano and Sirmione, was far enough from the busy areas, but close enough to reach them either by bus (we didn't have a car) or walking along the beautiful promenade on the shore of the lake (reachable in 2 min, down a little street just across from the hotel). We walked the distance to Desenzano in 30 min., for example. Everything looks like described, all very clean, good water pressure in the shower. There is enough room around the pool and the jacuzzi& the top terrace (no need to run from breakfast to occupy pool beds). The covered pool was great for us because of the right temperature (not too warm, not too cold), but also because it is 120 cm deep, which meant we could relax a little, allow our 9 year old to spend the whole day in there while we could actually concentrate on our books without feeling the need to watch him constantly. The buffet breakfast was plentiful, varied (boiled eggs, omelette, bacon, salami, cheese, fresh croissants and cakes, yogurt, various seeds, cereal, cut up fresh fruit), some plant-based options, good enough coffee, juice. Our room had a small balcony, enough for us to sit outside at the table and play cards or just enjoy the greenery around. We had lunch twice - simple but tasty sandwiches & caprese, and dinner once - they have a limited menu, but quite tasty and reasonably priced. But the thing we appreciated most was the staff, very warm and helpful, in a natural way. We felt that they all wanted us to relax and rest. There is a very good atmosphere in this hotel.

Our stay at Le Giale was perfect, we enjoyed every single moment of our stay in Alessandra and Gianluca's place and we really cannot fault this B&B. Le Giale is located in the lovely Italian countryside, surrounded by vineyards, but in close proximity to Peschiera del Garda and other towns around Lago di Garda. The rooms were super comfortable and decorated with very good taste. It was very well designed and we could immediately notice the attention to detail and quality in every aspect of the accommodation. There was plenty of storage space, hooks in different places to hang clothes and towels, an excellent variety of tea and coffee, a patio area with a retractable awning where breakfast was served and the list goes on. The cleanliness aspect was exceptional and the rooms were refreshed every day, which was a very big positive. The pool area is beautiful with lots of space for all guests and we really enjoyed it the day we arrived. The breakfast was amazing with a large selection of items to choose from and we even asked for things that were not on the list, which the owners were happy to accommodate for. Last, but not least, Alessandra and Gianluca were perfect hosts, always willing to help and made us feel at home. We also enjoyed Muffin's company during our stay and we were sad we couldn't say 'bye' to her when we left!

The apartment had amazing facilities, we could have spent a lot longer there! It was spacious and incredibly clean. The shutters went down completely enabling you to totally black out the room which was very useful for sleeping or having a nap after a hot morning exploring! Luisa, the hostess was lovely, the location was superb, close to the station but within easy walking distance of the lake. We would definitely stay again!!!

I loved the pool and how up to date the rooms were. The walk along the river to the restaurant and the general up keep were excellent
