Otaiba and his cousin Shehzad run Asad apartments. We absolutely enjoyed our stay with them. They are extremely helpful, going out of their way to make sure our stay was comfortable. Great conversations too. They packed a lunch box for us the day we entered Petra early and also got us vegetarian options for our breakfast. They also gave us great tips, and helped plan our excursions to Petra along with giving us great recommendations for local food in Petra. The room was splendid with a great view of the city and extremely comfortable. If you are in Petra, look no further stay with them. We shall definitely stay with them if and when we visit again.

I come to visit Petra for more than 23 time in my life, this the first time I feel i am very happy to stay in hotel in Petra. really this hotel they are the best hotel in all Petra and more professional staff from Wadirum and Aqaba. The reception staff in evening when we come to the hotel they are very welcoming us. And morning as well. We take late dinner in the hotel the was very delicious and warm. Petra city in the evening very could but inside the hotel warm. My room very clean and comfortable beds and tea and coffee machine free . We found drinks in the freezer we think not free but next day the lady in reception she see is free for all guest. Everything in the room touched (High technology room) Spa and massage services was very nice The hotel Rooftop was unique with flat view of all city and Petra mountains. Really I love this hotel and hospitality and professional staff with very good services High recommended, i will come back very soon

We truly loved the location of the property and how well it was maintained! The staff was extremely friendly and very accommodating to our needs. Breakfast and dinner was delicious with a great variety of foods and tastes.

Our stay at Petra Magic Guest House was really fantastic. I would recommend this hotel as a little gem, if you want to live an authentic experience this is the place. Faisal and Muna were amazing, we went as guests but now are our friends. Very good location and the rooms are completely new and very clean. Breakfast and dinner are really good because Muna is a very good cooker and my favourite was Mandi. I wish to return soon again to enjoy more days with them.

The best stay I could ever imagine! From the very first minutes, I felt genuine care and attention from the staff — they truly welcome every guest here. The room was impeccably clean, cozy, and thoughtfully arranged down to the smallest detail: a comfortable bed, a fresh scent, and perfect order. The peaceful atmosphere, quiet surroundings, and feeling of comfort made my stay incredibly pleasant. I especially want to highlight the service — fast, polite, and always with a smile. Any request was handled instantly, as if by magic. The breakfasts were delicious and varied, everything was fresh, and the presentation was on the level of a good restaurant. The location is excellent: everything is close by, yet there’s no noise or fuss. I rarely leave reviews, but this place truly deserves the highest praise. If I could give not just 5, but 10 stars — I would do it without hesitation. I will definitely come back and gladly recommend it to everyone!
