The location of Petra Moon Luxury was amazing. The rooms were clean, spacious and exactly what we needed after a long day of trekking. The rooftop pool makes it the perfect choice for our trip. Since we were short on time, it was the staff who made it truly unforgettable - upon their advice we entered Petra around 13h30 (1pm) "from the back", meaning starting with the highest point, walking down (after a 50 min hike and a short bus ride) - which was totally worth it. Thank you for your great advice and this unforgettable stay.

The host was perfect: he was very welcoming and he suggested us the best way to visit Petra in 1.5 days and gave us good tips for restaurants. We had the option to have the lunch box instead of breakfast and it was very convenient. The room was clean and comfortable. Parking was ok. We could use the washing machine and drying rack for free.

We truly loved the location of the property and how well it was maintained! The staff was extremely friendly and very accommodating to our needs. Breakfast and dinner was delicious with a great variety of foods and tastes.

Great value for money. Polite staff and helpful in organising breakfast at 5 am as we went on a guided trip before breakfast was open. Location is perfect, and parking right outside the hotel. Food was great, breakfast was simple and good, and we paid only 10 JOD for dinner and we pretty much got 4 portions for the 2 of us each time.

Friendliness and good service. Everyone was also very relaxed and calm. We were lucky that we were two of few guests so we got very good treatment. Very nice place with nice atmosphere in the ‘wild’. Food was fantastic and fresh!
