The property is wonderful and I’d say probably the nicest place I’ve ever stayed. We spent three nights here. Wish it had been longer! This is partly due to the exceptional service. This is a family run establishment, mother and two daughters. They were so kind and friendly and went out of their way to help us with every aspect of our trip there. One of the daughters kindly ordered taxis for us when we needed and made great touristic suggestions. She and her husband even took us to help us hire bicycles near by for our day trip cycling. The food was out of this world - both breakfast and dinner - and everything was explained to us so we knew exactly what we were eating and how to eat it! The baths were a special treat also - one of them was sea water! Honestly, we were genuinely sad to leave as we didn’t want to say goodbye to these lovely people. Thank you for making our holiday so special.

I was there for the shimanami Kaido cycling route and Imabari was the end point. The hotel was cyclist friendly as I could wheel my bicycle in the separate entrance and park it there. The hotel was also right next to the JR Imabari Station where the rental shop was. It was really very convenient. The breakfast was decent and I think it was really quite value for money.

Everything. The staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly. Really positive vibe. We stayed in one of the “tents”. It was huge, super comfortable and the sound insulation was surprisingly great. The food was also 5 star (having an open bar is not unpleasant). I can’t rate this establishment higher.

The owner was most welcoming and accommodating. It was a very peaceful place and I had a wonderful nights sleep. There was a nice place to eat nearby, and the owner was very helpful, when needed. Great value for money too.

Amazing place. We didn’t except that. Super hotel by the see with an amazing view on Seto Inland Sea. Room in Japanese style with private onsen. Super! The staff is very kind. There is the possibility to leave the luggage there before the check-in!
