The room was very spacious and even had a sauna. The private bath was very nice, and also the public ones were beautiful. We really loved the service too, we had a very nice service by Serika-san who we also loved talking to. Really appreciated the shuttle bus service.

Exquisite facilities. One of the most beautiful places I've stayed, like the Japanese maple outside the window, or the Japanese design. The HEATED SHOWER FLOORS. Beds and pillows were incredibly comfortable. Washer dryer works well. Great little sitting area for a big family.

This home stay is one of my favorite during the 14 days stay in Japan. I love the fact that the kitchen was so well equipped with all cooking utensils- equivalent to the ones that I am using at home. There was an english guidance on how to use all the electronics devices. Absolutely love the stay here

This house is a very modern detached house. It is very clean and tidy, and all the furniture and appliances are very practical. The landlord is very warm and polite. There is a convenience store nearby, and it is not far from the JR station. The surrounding area is where mostly elderly people and children live, so it is very quiet. This house is also very close to the Arashiyama scenic spot in Sagano, which is very convenient.

Most of all, services of the hotel is superb. I had been there during Cherry blossom season, the hotel provided Cherry blossom news of the blooming everyday. Concierge team of the hotel was very attentive, they recommended and booked many good places to eat for us. Breakfast is very good with many choices in both buffet and a la carte menu, including some Thai food. I had dinner at Koyo, teppanyagi restaurant at the hotel, it was also very good cooking and reasonable price.

The room was very spacious, the bed was comfortable (not too hard, not too soft), toilet and shower are separated and there is a nice bathtub to relax after a long day of walking! Overall the place is well located and an easy walk to lots of attractions and connects well with the public transport. Overall, it’s a pretty good value for money

The private outdoor bath was amazing. Beautiful room design and decorations. Large and comfortable room with a complimentary minibar. Great hospitality from the staff. Highly recommend the breakfast option. 10/10 location 5 minutes walk from gojo and Kyoto station
