Staying here was a truly relaxing experience. The private onsen was a highlight, complemented by the beautiful space and friendly service. The living room and patio offered stunning views, creating the perfect setting to unwind. The location was also ideal, being close to the base of Monkey Park and the bus stop. The staff were great and it really made the different! Everyone was super friendly. We really enjoyed our visits to the bar and the bartender. He was very professional and kind. The food at the restaurants was good. We're definitely savings this place to revisit again soon!

Wonderful location in the center of Shibu Onsen and within walking and driving distance to Snow Monkey Park! Staff at the main reception ryokan were helpful with check in and info about the area and accommodations!
