I really enjoyed my stay at Patina Osaka. The staff were warm and attentive, and everything from check-in to breakfast flowed smoothly. The interiors are calm, understated, and thoughtfully designed. This was our favourite stay during our 2 week trip to Japan. The room was huge for Japan standards. We even had a rooftop! It was very comfortable. Every single detail was thought of. And the staff were so friendly and kind! Great location too a short walk to the train station and a very complete convenience store right downstairs. An absolute gem! I would definitely come back!

The staff was so pleasant and took care of everything the moment I got out of the taxi. If you’re looking for a luxurious experience where you can forget about your life’s problems and not lift a finger for a while I would 100% recommend this location. Our room was beautiful and had an amazing view of Osaka. The breakfast buffet was also excellent and something I looked forward to every morning. I didn’t end up using the gym/spa but I took a look around and the staff was enthusiastic about showing me all of the amenities. I will definitely be back.
