We had a great time staying at DH Apartment. The location is in a quiet area, just 700 meters from the train station, about 1.2 km from Osaka Station, and 600 meters from a supermarket. We also discovered a fantastic local restaurant and several convenience stores nearby. The apartment is decorated in a traditional Japanese style, very clean, and equipped with modern facilities—everything you might need for a comfortable stay. Communication with the host was excellent; they responded to messages quickly and were very helpful throughout our visit. I truly appreciated the host’s kindness—he helped carry our two heaviest suitcases to the train station at 5 a.m. in 3-degree weather. I’m happy to recommend this property to anyone looking to explore Osaka with a great-value accommodation option.

Niho is an amazing host who traveled all around the world and was able to welcome us in the best possible way, with a complete local experience, in her very clean, comfortable and beautiful typical Japanese house.     My favourite part of Hotel Cargo Shinsaibashi which makes it stand out from other capsule hotels is the Onsen with the outdoor bathtub. The bathroom facilities are super well maintained, modern & very clean. The room is also more spacious than other capsules which makes a big difference. The hotel is also centrally located walking distance to Dotonbori and well connected on the but not too far from Kurumon Market. The downstairs lounge is also a nice facility to have.
