Location: While not in the bustling heart of Osaka, the hotel's location is a hidden gem for those who appreciate tranquility and nature. Nestled near a beautiful river with excellent paths for walking and biking, it was a refreshing retreat from the city's busy pace. Service: The staff went above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect. They were warm, attentive, and always ready to assist with a smile. Their recommendations for local dining and sightseeing were spot-on, adding an extra layer of enjoyment to my trip. Facilities: The hotel boasts top-notch facilities, including a well-equipped fitness center, a serene spa, and a variety of dining options that cater to every palate. The breakfast buffet was a highlight, offering a wide array of delicious dishes to start the day. Overall, the Osaka Hotel in Tokyo exceeded all my expectations. It was a spacious and very comfortable room with many amenities like a kettle, tea & spacious bathroom & shower with a dressing table. A lounge is included exactly like the pictures which allows downtime as a foreigner it is always on my mind to be respectful to keep good relationships in japa. It was noticeable they cared very much about the people staying there and the generosity of support was endless. We even arrived a day early by mistake! And he apologised and gave us some refreshments inside before we went to book our hotel somewhere else before arriving as they where full. I very much so reccomend this as a place to stay, it was the best place so far I've stayed in for my 2 week vacation. Thank you and wishing you all the best!

Our host is absolutely exceptional in all senses. She prepared delicious breakfasts with fruits, special menus for our children. And every evening we find out our clothes absolutely clean and folded. When we left she insisted to drive one of us to the main station with our luggage so that we did not carry all the heave luggage there before leaving with the Shinkansen. The house is old, very typical.

    My favourite part of Hotel Cargo Shinsaibashi which makes it stand out from other capsule hotels is the Onsen with the outdoor bathtub. The bathroom facilities are super well maintained, modern & very clean. The room is also more spacious than other capsules which makes a big difference. The hotel is also centrally located walking distance to Dotonbori and well connected on the but not too far from Kurumon Market. The downstairs lounge is also a nice facility to have.
