Absolutely amazing. We were super lucky with the weather and got the most beautiful view of Mt Fuji from our balcony. The bathtub overlooking the lake and Mt Fuji is an absolute must!

Amazing wiew, delicious dinner and really comfortable and wonderful staff. Massage and private Onsen were amazing with stunning wiew of Fuji. Lake is opposite of the hotel, also they have a free château transfer to the bus and train station. It was really comfortable. Hope will come back next year.

Shuttlebus service on call. Breakfast and dinner had an amazing array of dishes. The private onsen is worth the pay, incredible view of the lake. There is a bus stop directly in front of the hotel and the hotel is within walkable distance from Fuji Panoramic Ropeway and Kawaguchiko Station. Photos do not show the complete meal course. Writing reviews isn't typically my thing but I must talk about the amazing customer service we received that saved us 44k yen. I'm not usually a travel planner, so not renting a car for this trip was definitely my mistake. However, the staff member (whose name I regret not asking) was very helpful. He assisted with taxi bookings and recommended places that met our needs. To illustrate, I must mention that I had tickets for a 10:20 a.m. express shuttle from Kawaguchiko Station on my way out, so timely arrival was crucial. Usually, the taxis would arrive within 30 minutes of the call. So naturally, I expected things would go smoothly that morning. But after struggling to find a taxi for a while, the staff spontaneously drove home and returned with probably his own pick-up truck to transport our family of four, along with our five suitcases, and drove us 25 minutes to the station. If it weren't for him, we would have spent a lot to rebook Shinkansen that afternoon.
