We travelled for our anniversary and were upgraded to a mountain view room and it was everything you could ever imagine! The view was something out of a movie 😍 and the room was nice and spacious. The location was great, not far from the train station and the town is small enough to get around

We came for the fuji rock festival and the resort ran extra shuttle buses during the festival period so it was very convenient to go to the echigo yuzawa satation and come back at late night. The room was very clean and spacious enough for two persons. The building was generally quiet atmosphere though it was during the festival, and they have family mart on the first floor to easily load up what you need.

The breakfast buffet and dinner buffet are superb - good spread, and the staff serving are very friendly. Onsen is quite big, and several brands of amenities provided. Welcome drink (coffee machine and water) provided in the lobby. The bathroom and toilet in the room is quite spacious.

Hotel K is located perfectly next to the resort, less than a min waling to the gondola. The owner and staff were very nice and helpful. Everything we needed was there and breakfast was really good. They also offer a small Onsen which was not promoted online. Overall a really good place to stay.
