Very clean, convenient and the house is very new with all good appliances. Staff were really friendly and speak good English, he even prepared a list of restaurants, coffee shops nearby for the guests.

Very clean. Everything perfectly laid out in anticipation of our stay. Easy station access and only a short walk from many major locations. Very comfortable and had all amenities you could need. Private bathroom, washing machine, and very nice bathtub, control of water temperature, fridge, microwave, strong wifi, tv, desk, aircon and very comfortable beds. There are disposable chopsticks and anything else you may need in the shared kitchen on the ground floor. Check-in and check-out was very easy. Staff on the phone were very friendly when arranging check-in. Plenty of restaurants and food nearby. Just a hop-skip from the ferry port.

Near the train and bus station. Had a terrace with table and chairs. Nice bathroom and toilet. Common kitchen was available but I didn't use it.
