The Spa is amazing and has 2 sauna's, a hot tub and a cold bath. Shower amenities were supplied and very good. My stay was very enjoyable and relaxing. It had a great rooftop area handy as extra space to relax or dry washing. Spacious bathroom. Parking included such a bonus, close to train stations with a train ride not far to Shinjuku. We used a mattress on the floor for a 5th person and there was plenty of space in the lounge to do so. Kitchen and cooking facilities were adequate. Someone showed us the space and we appreciated that they waited longer than anticipated due to delayed flights to do so. The rooftop terrace was absolutely amazing! Brilliant views of the skytree and amazing sauna♡ We enjoyed the communal space (lounge and kitchen) and would relax with one another after a long day).
