They made the most to accommodate to us, specially when my mom got ill right after the check out. Not only they helped us throughout all the process, but also they gave us a room for one more night for a very reasonable price. Definitely the best hotel we've stayed in a long time. Hotel was perfect for us and our four kids - it’s exactly what we needed. The place was clean, tidy and the kids were really excited about the place. Short walk from the station and easy to access. Loved Kameido. Easy train to wherever we wanted to go and everything we needed was close by (Kameido Clock).

Everything was great, the apartment was clean, there were towels and cosmetics, so you don't need any of this. Near apartment there are lots of shops and it's only 20 min to the nearest JR station. Apartment is one to one like on photos. Owner is a great person, very helpful and answered all my questions. One of the best rental experienc in my life, I truly recommend this place.

Absolutely loved this place! So spacious, modern but still had the Japanese feel to it. We booked this place at the very last minute because our accommodation at the time was terrible. Location was great & walking distance to the train station. Plenty to places to choose from for food. The staff and the owner were lovely to deal with. Would highly recommend this place to anyone. Bonus is you don’t have to go outside of the property to enjoy a spa & sauna as they provide this at an extra charge.
