We love the arrangement of our beds which matched perfectly to what we need (2 adults and 2 kids). All staffs are extremely polite, happy and helpful at all times. The rooms are also maintained daily which helped us focus on enjoying our vacation. Our daughter loved the kimono/bathrobe that she would like to take it home.

A beautiful two-storey house with traditional features. Spacious, clean, & located in a quiet residential neighbourhood - Perfect for families! An easy walk from Shin-Koiwa station with lots of authentic restaurants nearby. Great location for exploring Tokyo! Most tourist attractions are within 15-30 minutes by metro train. Highly recommend Tokyo St-ar House for a memorable stay with a glimpse into local Japanese life!

It was the best accommodation we found on booking.com! A caring owner who took care of everything down to the smallest detail. Many thanks to the owners of the apartment for their hospitality! We lived as a group of four: 2 adults + 2 children. On the eve of arrival, we were asked how many beds to prepare in which room. The apartment had absolutely everything we needed and even more:) Board games and toys for children, adult and children's toothbrushes, cosmetic face masks, razors, , rubber duckies for the bathroom:) Several times the owner left us gifts near the door: sweets for the holiday, fruit from their own garden, etc. It was a pleasure! Also great location. There are several shops, a large supermarket, a bus stop and a metro within a couple of minutes' walk. In general, I highly recommend it!

We loved everything! We were 3 adults and 1 teenager (he slept in the tatami-room). Everything you need is available in the apartment and it´s situated a few minutes from the Kameido trainstation (east entrance) and you have conveniance-stores very close by, for example 7eleven, Family Mart and Lawson. There are also a couple of shoppingmalls, a lot of restaurants and cafes in every corner almost. We especially appreciated the 2 bathrooms, the 2 showers, the big kitchentable with the supercomfortable chairs around it and the very comfortable firm beds.

Due to a Typhoon, our travel plans changed and booked NiHITARU the day prior. The staff at the Spa did their best to help us on arrival and store our luggage. The apartment was immaculate, spacious and well fitted with convenient items. It is a 2-minute walk to the station. We enjoyed sating out of the tourist area and there were plenty of food options.

The location is a fair bit isolated but its nice because of how connected Tokyo is, it feels like an oasis in a city that swamps your attention. We really loved our stay together here. I couldn't be happier with the views of tokyo tower and toranamon from our room.
