The room and its supplements were comfortable, big enough and clean. The room service and buffet were great. I liked the food and how service staff welcomed us and offered the food , they were really nice and friendly especially the chef and Mr. Alaa. I highly recommend the hotel.

    The breakfast was exceptional. Probably the best of any luxury hotel in the country. The facilities were great, as they always are. And the rooms were spacious, and clean. The bathroom had both a tub as well as a shower, and a large double sink. Really couldn't ask for more.

    The staff were nice, don't get me wrong, the room is nice but NOT that nice to that price. The view was awful honestly; the bathroom is nice but the room was nice but not that fancy.. the red walls made it look a little bit cheap. But the spa made up for it, the pool is very nice (both the indoor and outdoor pool). The staff the hotel are quite friendly and nice too. They even allowed us a late check out till 3PM, which was very nice of them.
