Big room with desk, small sitting area and comfortable bed. The balcony with nice view over the pond is beautiful for relaxing at night. . Everything is very clean. Good food at the restaurant and also the Café Engine. Very nice staff. I have been here several times and will come again. After arrival or before departure at the airport I much prefer Veyangoda instead of the more touristy Negombo.

The location is excellent, very close to the airport. The hotel looks modern, the beds were comfortable, the air conditioning and the fan both worked well, and the bathroom was very convenient. Everything was spotlessly clean, and the breakfast was delicious with plenty of variety. The staff were very attentive, helpful, and friendly. Highly recommended if you need to spend a night near the airport.

Everything was perfect. Safety and cleanlinessnis what I value the most and they exceeded it, above and beyond. Very relaxing atmosphere in the rooms and eventhough we are near the road, there is no noise disturbance. They are the most generous and humble hosts I've ever met. My stay at this villa was truly unforgettable. The breakfast was absolutely amazing – generous, delicious, and beautifully served. But what made this experience truly special was the host. He treated me with the kindness and care of a loving father. He went above and beyond to help me: he offered to do my laundry, accompanied me to a local barbershop and translated for me, and even showed me the easiest way to get to the airport by bus. We had a couple of great conversations that made me feel welcome and at home. On top of everything, he kindly allowed me a late checkout, which made my departure much more comfortable. This has been, without a doubt, the best Booking.com experience I’ve ever had. I wholeheartedly recommend this place and I will definitely be coming back! I was so happy here ❤️

We arrived at the property on our way home after receiving food poisoning in another location planning to simply wait for our flight while trying to recover. When Khan heard of our stomach problems he threw all the normal stuff out of the window and went full helping mode. Making the the well know tea with lemon, giving stomach medicine, getting fresh fruits and other foods that helps the stomach, waking up at 1 am to help when it got worse for one of us. We have nothing but praise for him and we would recommend everyone to come here either when you arrive or leave. He made the breakfast at the time we requested where he got fresh fruit that helps the stomach specially for us and also arranged the airport shuttle. Once again, nothing but praise. The room itself was clean and had everything we needed for the night. Thank you for having and helping us!
