we knew we had booked a villa but we didn't expect such a beautiful and large structure! fantastic decor, fabulous pool, surrounded by nature. there is any type of service, Smart TV, billiards, speakers from which you can hear music very well, a beautiful atmosphere. the staff (all the staff without exception) are magnificent. they were attentive to our every little need, very friendly and helpful, we even played billiards with them. they make you feel truly pampered. plus they cook you breakfast, lunch and dinner and it's all delicious. I HIGHLY recommend coming to this wonderful place.

A beautiful place with comfortable air-conditioned rooms in a private villa surrounded by a garden. A swimming pool available anytime, extremely nice and helpful hosts. You can also order tasty lunch/dinner. To reach a beach, you need to walk for about 5 minutes in between surrounding houses. Thanks for the advice to go to see Galle by train, it was fun and definitely worth the trip.

Our stay at this hotel was unforgettable for our family. Beautiful surroundings, excellent cuisine, peace and quiet. The staff of this establishment is impeccable, always smiling and kind. The chefs who really appealed to us were the ones who were willing to fulfill whatever we could think of, always interested in how we liked it. But the one who really became our hearts was our butler Manju.. not only did he take great care of us, but he was always available to us, no matter what we needed. He was not just a butler for us, but also a friend and always smiling friend of our children. Manju takes his job very seriously and tries to do his best for his guests. On behalf of our entire family, we would like to thank all the employees of this hotel, including the ladies at the reception, the gardeners and the boys who looked after us and cleaned the room, and last but not least the lifeguards. Great family run business. Lovely atmosphere by the river, excellent food (you can get lunch and dinner and order from a menu). Staff takes you to the other side of the river to a beautiful beach anytime you want. The rooms have a stunning river view, are clean and shower with good pressure and hot water. You can book tours and water sport equipment. We felt very welcome and would definitely go there again.

Wow. Waking up to be surrounded by serenity of the lake early morning. Service and food were exceptional on the houseboat. The rooms were luxurious.

It was our best stay on our 2 weeks trip in Sri Lanka and we were in 9 different hotels. The room and bathroom were very clean an a lot of space. We can ask for everything. We had a nice view of the lagoon. The Hotel has an amazing ambience. And all people are very friendly and helpful. In compare to others you get very tasty food and drinks for a good price. Highly recommended!
