The food was amazing and they had great vegetarian options! We loved the pool and the garden area, and the rooms were so clean and nicely designed! The shower had warm water and good pressure! The owners were very nice and kind, even gave us bananas from their tree to snack on ☺️ The surrounding area was nice and quiet!

My stay at this villa was truly unforgettable. The breakfast was absolutely amazing – generous, delicious, and beautifully served. But what made this experience truly special was the host. He treated me with the kindness and care of a loving father. He went above and beyond to help me: he offered to do my laundry, accompanied me to a local barbershop and translated for me, and even showed me the easiest way to get to the airport by bus. We had a couple of great conversations that made me feel welcome and at home. On top of everything, he kindly allowed me a late checkout, which made my departure much more comfortable. This has been, without a doubt, the best Booking.com experience I’ve ever had. I wholeheartedly recommend this place and I will definitely be coming back! I was so happy here ❤️

Perfect place with 3 rooms. We stayed 3 nights here : was good after a very long flight and jet lag. My daughters really enjoyed the swimming pool. The breakfast were big and good. Easy to join the beach (8min by foot) and the restaurants and near from the railstation. Malinda take care well of the place and Ranga (the boss) and his familly are very nice and helpful. Ranga speaks a very good english and knows perfectly his country. He has a very nice and confortable car and can brings you on a trip : he is very nice and professionnal. We will return here on the way back. Enjoy !

Location, safety, and local breakfast. We left some extra money in room, and kind owner called us when we left and returned the money. The woman housekeeper dont speak english, but if you use google translate (english to Sinhala)you can communicate well. They have remote controlled door so in the night the yard is locked so it feels safe. Cameras on property grounds keep you safe also(room is free of cameras ofcourse)

The room was really clean and comfortable. There was also a mosquitoes repellent on that we really appreciated. The staff super kind and welcoming. We arrived and they offered us some fresh tea and they help us with information about Negombo and the travel to Kandy.

The place is a hidden gem - absoutely wonderful - lovely spacious room and bathroom immaculately and lovely pool area with sun loungers - even a hot tub - loved the Michael Jackson themed restaurant A the food was outstanding and well priced for the area - Jerry and Alex made us feel like long lost friends and George Jerrys brother too - was sad to find this on our last night or would have loved to stay longer -
