We had an amazing stay here — everything was truly excellent! The staff were incredibly kind and attentive; both the young man and the older gentleman working there went out of their way to help us and make sure we were comfortable. We stayed in a five-person room that had two double bed and one single, plus a shared bathroom. The room was spotless and very cozy. The bathroom has an open-style concept, which might not suit everyone for a long stay, but since we were there only for a few nights, it wasn’t a problem at all. Also, there’s a separate restroom downstairs near the restaurant, which is convenient. Breakfast was one of the highlights — they prepare your eggs exactly how you like them, and there were also warm chocolate-banana crepes, fresh fruit, and various drinks. Everything was fresh, tasty, and served with care. The pool isn’t very big, but it’s clean, refreshing, and perfect for cooling off. The garden area is lovely and relaxing, ideal for spending quiet moments outdoors. The beach is about a 15–20 minute walk away — not too close but definitely walkable. On top of all that, it’s an excellent value for money. We honestly paid much less than we expected for the quality of service and comfort we received. It’s a great price-performance option, everything about our stay was pleasant and satisfying 👏🏻

From the moment we stepped through the door, we were welcomed with genuine warmth and hospitality by the owners. Throughout our stay, the owners provided us with exceptional service, going above and beyond to ensure that every aspect of our visit was perfect. They were incredibly attentive to our needs and ensuring that we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The accommodation itself was comfortable, clean, and well-appointed, providing the perfect backdrop for our adventures in the area. But it was the exceptional service provided by the owners that truly made our stay unforgettable. Wanted to treat ourselves for the last night in Sri Lanka and we were not disappointed! Ayesh was a fantastic host & the villa was absolutely beautiful. The bed was soooo comfortable, the shower and bath lovely and hot, with good pressure. The room was super clean and had a lot of attention to detail. Breakfast was delicious and the neighborhood was lovely and quiet. Will definitely stay again when we return to Kabalana! Thank you for a perfect last night.
