There are not many properties where all points you can give are actually not enough, but the Sergeant House is such a place. We stayed in the 3-Bedroom-Villa with our kids and had a fantastic time. It’s literally impossible to say what we have enjoyed more, the attention given to us by the staff or the amazing property. We are definitely looking forward to repeat this experience again.

One of the best stays of our entire trip! Everything was excellent — from the warm welcome to the smallest details. The room was the most spacious and comfortable we experienced, with the comfiest bed of our whole holiday. Everything was spotlessly clean, including the lovely pool, which was perfect for relaxing. The surroundings are absolutely stunning — you really feel immersed in the lush beauty of nature, and yet you’re just a short drive from Unawatuna. It’s the perfect balance of peace and convenience. But what truly made our stay unforgettable was the kindness and generosity of the hosts. Every morning, an amazing breakfast was prepared right in front of us, full of fresh, delicious ingredients. You can really feel the care they put into everything. We would come back in a heartbeat — highly recommended!

Wonderful guesthouse! Room with bathroom, everything is clean. There is a common hall with a sofa, there is a common kitchen with new clean dishes and a refrigerator. There was no hot water in my room, but if you rent large rooms, it is there, as far as I understand. Large dining table. There are also tables with seats in the yard, there are even sun beds. The yard is amazingly beautiful, lots of plants, well-groomed! And around the guesthouse there is a jungle, the sounds of birds, it is away from the noise, quiet and cozy. There is a railway nearby, but it did not bother me, I sleep with earplugs and trains do not pass that often. Peacocks around, and fireflies at night 😄 The owners are very nice, kind and pleasant people. They help with any question. At a reasonable price. Located next to turtle beach. I highly recommend this place!

Everything was great about this Villa. We simply fell in love with the pool and beach views , massive rooms with magical artistic atmospheres and the kind staff who are really polite and will go out of their way to help you. Rooms are containing all the needs and wants too. 100000/10 for the views where it will bring peace and calm and I highly recommended this place if you are looking for memorable stay out.

Wow this is a hidden gem in the middle of the jungle. The room was really stunning and had the most amazing view of the jungle and sunrise. The owner Geet was the most accomodation host I have met in Sri Lanka, I arrived late and had not eaten and he brought me dinner from his own house. The next day I had a flat tyre and he took my bike away on foot and returned hours later with it fixed. What a lovely guy and family he has. I enjoyed my stay so much, very peaceful and relaxing , exactly what I was looking for . Also the pool was beautiful and a great touch

This Villa is located deeply inside, but this matter made our vacation more perfect than if we rented one near the beach. The only noises we’ve heard were peacocks, other birds and monkeys. Everything inside was perfect for us - furniture, AC, pool. As well I want to admit villa’s Manager and local chief) Chandima. Our vacation would not be good without him! Tropical Dream Villa without Chandima is just a villa, but Chandima makes it Dream Villa! Thank you for our dream vacation!

This was the most amazing 2N spent in Sri Lanka. The villa spacious, modern amenities, private pool and a garden opening on to the beach - EVERYTHING WAS PERFECT! Best part was the staff, who was there 24*7, Gayantha is your go to man for anything in Unawatuna. Cannot stress on how good this place. Thank you Kixi Beach Villa. Will be back soon.
