The staff were so kind and helpful. I forgot my glasses in the hotel room an pd hadn’t realised, but they messaged me to let me know and I was able to retrieve them again. The hotel has a lovely old style room. The breakfast area and garden is so tranquil. The location is perfect, so close to the main square of Valladolid.

Beautiful design both in the room and outside. Especially loved the hammocks and the pool area. The breakfast is amazing - everything we ordered was very high quality and delicious. The beds are comfortable and all is spotless clean. The staff is incredibly kind. Every day there are new delicious cookies in the room, which is a nice touch.

one of the most amazing hotel rooms we have ever stayed in with outdoor and indoor tub, lush gardens, huge terrace. every attention to detail in design was amazing. service is extraordinary, team contacts you via whatsapp for all your needs. you have access to one of the nicest cenotes in the area. great location if you want to also visit Chichen Itza. it was around 30 min drive from the hotel.

The staff, especially Mae and Alexis, are amazing! Really helpful, friendly, and positive. The design of the hotel is really excellent, with the rooms facing the courtyard so that you feel a family vibe seeing everyone through the day. And the hotel design has great materials and convenience. We are a couple and had our own bathroom, but the shared toilets and sinks in the public area are also very well designed. The hotel is well maintained and the cleaning crew really works well each morning and day to keep things spotless. The activities and tips and organized tours and drinking games are fun and active. We liked all of this. We have stayed in many hotels but really enjoyed this one a lot!

We loved everything about this space: the staff were welcoming and friendly, the room was spacious and comfortable, great bathroom with the tub... Nice swimming pool cleaned daily and a very tasty breakfast (pancakes for children available). The apartment is also very well-located, within a walking distance from the Valladolid's main square.

Very friendly staff and great location, an oasis in the middle of the town. Great with free coffee in the morning. Clean and quiet with good WiFi. The staff provided useful information about sights and things to do. If I ever came back to Valladolid I would stay here again.

This gorgeous historic home on the best street in Valladolid has only three rooms. We stayed in the ground floor room overlooking the lovely garden and pool. It is an intimate space beautifully and simply furnished with antiques and the original tiles are stunning. Best coffee I have had in Mexico (better than any I could find in Mexico City), great breakfast and very helpful and friendly front desk staff. All in all, made for a perfect and very special stay.
