We had an amazing stay. Shoulder massage and welcome drink on arrival were a lovely touch. Facilities were excellent - choice of restaurants and great pool and beach areas. Breakfast was delicious - couldn’t fault it. Staff were amazing, very attentive and so friendly. Would definitely recommend!

I don't often write reviews, but it would be a shame not to share my experience at the Ritz-Carlton Langkawi and recommend this fantastic place to everyone. Everything was perfect—impeccable services, attention to detail, well-equipped rooms, friendly staff always ready to assist. The breakfast restaurant set in the jungle with a beautiful terrace offered a diverse menu and a generous buffet with very kind employees. Funny fact: during scrambled eggs and lovely capuccino we were visited by the resident monkeys, that were greeting us every morning and stealing sugar from our table. What a lovely day to start the morning! I highly recommend trying the Beach Grill restaurant, where the chef truly impressed us. Besides the excellently prepared food, he crafted a mango salad based on our preferences and on request he prepared for us a “surprise dinner" that was absolutely extraordinary. The Horizon beach bar offered us a beautiful sunset by a chilled rose wine. The music played by the Dj helped the perfect atmosphere along with the fresh and luxurious food. The Chinese restaurant by the ocean, with its elegant design and impeccable food, added to the overall excellence. I used the spa services twice, with the 120-minute massage rituals, used one hou before the facilities like the sauna and jacuzzi, and I left from there relaxed and speechless. At some point we did a walk in the jungle with a guide provided by the hotel. Of course the hike was beautiful, we’ve reached a private beach with a great view, but more than that, we were impressed with the young guide, vast culture and full of knowledge and also his perfect English. Many thanks to Mia, which offered us a perfect lovely evening and a memory that we cannot forget.

The beach was amazing. The water was warm (29°C) and the beach is white sand (no pebbles or stones). The entrance to the sea was flat, the depth of the water goes to neck up to fourty meters from the beach (varies depending on whether it's high tide or low tide). The location is 20 min from airport on car and 10 min walk from Oriental Village and the Sky Cable / Sky Bridge, etc. We also tried the Taaras Spa (one scrub program, one foot relaxology massage and one 90 min Taaras massage). The three of us went happy out. Amenities are great. At breakfast there are multiple open kitchen stations (several egg stations preparing fried eggs or omelets, pancakes station, and separate Roti station). At every station one can choose ingredients for his/her food to be prepared of. Those guys work from 7 a.m. till 10 a.m. under 38°C every morning! The juices are a separate pleasure. They also offer fresh juices in the Beach Brasserie, milkshakes in Dayong Cafe & Beach Brasserie, and mocktails. Look for Temperance Drinks (section without photos) in the Beach Brasserie menu, and try Funky Monkey there. It's amazing! Also thanks for keeping up the great work with nature preservation (we saw each tree numbered), and with the whole ecocare approach. Special thanks to the Vallet Team, Great friendly overworking team (24 hrs), the Room Service Team and especially the Sports & Recreational Team! The Vallet / Shuttle Team also offers a free shuttle each 2 hrs to Orinetal Village / Sky Cable from hotel. And the Sports & Recreational Team beyond usual water activities offer Bird Watching Tour (on the hotel territory, which flora & fauna is rich), they also provide tour from hotel to the Kilim Geoforest Park with options: group (day or night) & private, diving & fishing, island hopping, jungle walking & zipline, and so on. Don't pass by their table opposite to Registration counter, where the Spa table is also located.

The villa, location and hotel exceeded all my expectations. I would recommend this place to anyone, I already have! The beautiful private pool was an absolute treat. The service on the roof top bar and pool was the best I have experienced. Loved everything about this property. Five stars!⭐️

I loved everything about this hotel. The view at the rooftop bar is breathtaking. The rooms are clean, spacious and well decorated. On Christmas eve they were given all the hotel guests complimentary wine and small gifts in the restaurant. I had travelled with my cousin and my 10-month-old baby, and at times she would not come down to eat because the baby was sleeping, so I would make a request to the head Chef for a take away pack, and even though hotel policy does not allow, He was kind enough to make an exception. Thank you to the Riyaz staff for such a great stay.

A very good place worth every penny

The place is very unique and a pleasure to be. The owner is very attentive and able to cater to all the requests. Will certainly come back again. A big thumb up.

Beautiful villa and perfect layout, , together with tranquil environment.

The beach and the view is absolutely amazing. We stayed for nights and the breakfast was amazing although it can feel a bit repetitive after the 2nd day. They do change some of the dishes though. The staffs behavior are on another level. Extremely welcoming very warm and very helpful. Both of our kids (8G and 10B)also had an amazing time. They were either cycling (complimentary) or at the kids pool, which by the was very safe and did not need any supervision or they were busy at the kids club which is supervised by their lovely staff. Then we also had dinner by the beach, the food was simply outstanding just wish we could have enjoyed the food but couldn't due to mosquitos and insects biting on us. Hopefully the concern department can take care of this issue. They have two pools one is dedicated to adults only and then there is the family pool. I honestly loved the idea of having a private cavana right infront of the pool. You can lovedovey and all romantic with the missus all in your own little private area where no one can peek. We really enjoyed it.
